Spent a lot of time yesterday talking to Raphaela. She’s 10, and although she can’t speak any English we manage to get by. I brought my phrasebook with me which was popular, they’re very keen to learn English and improve the little they already know. Also had my camera which they played around with.
Rounded off a hard day of nappy changing by playing beer pong in a bar in just up the round from the house in Santa Teresa…
